Best Weapons
by calculated performance
Skull Thrasher
R1BestRebecca's Signature is of course her best in slot, as it can boost party-wide ATK more significantly than its permanent counterpart Static Mist, while giving Rebecca higher damaging stats with its Basic DMG and CRIT DMG bonuses.
100.0%

Spectrum Blaster
R1Lynae's Signature provides Rebecca with a constant Basic DMG Bonus self-buff as well as significant ATK and CRIT Rate bonuses. While it doesn't offer the team-wide DMG Bonus buff as Rebecca can't apply Tune Rupture, it comes out on top of other options below it by sheer personal damage increase alone, making it a very strong alternative to her Signature.
96.3%

Static Mist
R1Best permanent option when privileging Team DPS. While this weapon offers lower personal damage than a lot of others below it, the ATK% buff it offers to the next incoming character via Outro makes it a very strong weapon for any Pistols 2nd slot buffer, and Rebecca is no exception, as this weapon constitutes a perfect permanent option and alternative to her Signature.
86.0%

Phasic Homogenizer
R1This weapon hones in on Rebecca's personal damage more than Static Mist, and it sacrifices team DPS to increase her own damage instead. Generally, this trade-off is not worth it in a full team context, but it's almost as good as Static Mist still and a good alternative to her Signature as well.
93.3%

Woodland Aria
R1Simple ATK and CRIT Rate stat-stick for Rebecca, who does not benefit from this weapon's Aero Erosion-related effects.

Skull Thrasher is the weapon to build around. Without it, Spectrum Blaster, Static Mist and Phasic Homogenizer are the next picks, in that order. Solar Flame is the budget option.
On the Moonlit Clouds set, run CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG on the 4-cost, Electro DMG on the 3-cost, Electro DMG > ATK% on the 3-cost and ATK% on both 1-costs. Substats in priority order: Energy Regen (Until Satisfied) > CRIT Rate = CRIT DMG > Basic DMG% > ATK% > ATK.
The Resonance Chain nodes worth pulling for are S6 (+59% DMG), S3 (+22.2% DMG) and S2 (+13% DMG). Level Forte Circuit → Res. Liberation → Basic Attack → Intro Skill → Res. Skill.
Ascension needs 46× Nightmare Flashdrive above everything else, and the full build — ascension plus every forte node — costs 2,200,000 Shell Credits.
