Summon a Ring of Mirrors at the target location, stagnating the target hit for 2s and dealing Spectro DMG (up to 12 targets per Ring). Using Resonance Skill again shortly after teleports Phoebe to the Ring's location, dealing Spectro DMG (cannot teleport if too far).

Ring of Mirrors

Lasts 30s; a new Ring replaces the existing one. While Phoebe is outside the Ring, Basic Attacks or Dodge Counters that hit the Ring refract Holy Light - dealing Spectro DMG (Basic Attack DMG) to enemies inside and pulling them to the center (once per 0.5s). While Phoebe is inside the Ring, Basic Attack becomes Chamuel's Star.
