1. Who we are
wuwabuild.com ("we", "the site") is an unofficial fan resource for Wuthering Waves. We publish character builds, tier lists, team guides, an interactive map, events and news. We are not affiliated with Kuro Games; all game assets belong to their owners.

2. What we collect
The site has no accounts and never asks for personal information - no names, e-mail addresses or payment details. The only data processed is described below. We do not sell personal information, and the site shows no third-party advertising.
3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors reach them. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and processes data such as your IP address, device and browser type and the pages you visit, and reports it to us only in aggregate. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
4. Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages, protect the site from abuse and keep short-lived logs. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
5. Local storage
The interactive map remembers which markers you have marked as found, stored only in your own browser (localStorage, key wuwa-map-found). It never leaves your device and is deleted when you clear your browser data.
6. Affiliate links
Links to Lootbar, a top-up service, are affiliate links: if you buy something after clicking, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. They are marked as sponsored. Lootbar's own privacy policy applies on its site.
7. Other sites
We link to external sites - Discord, YouTube, game publishers, other guide sites. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave wuwabuild.com.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR in the EEA and UK, CCPA/CPRA in California and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. As we hold no account data ourselves, most requests concern Google Analytics; write to us at the address above and we will help.
9. Children
The site is a general-audience gaming resource, not directed at children under 13, and knowingly collects nothing from them.
10. Changes
This policy is updated when the site changes what it processes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
