2
Stellar Symphony
R1Shorekeeper's Signature weapon provides Suisui with enough Energy Regen to easily max out her passives, but otherwise is quite redundant on her since the team-wide ATK-increasing passive doesn't get activated.

3
Variation
R5Best overall weapon in terms of cost-efficiency, provides Suisui with the Concerto and Energy Regen needed to have her operate at a baseline while sacrificing minimal team damage and remaining accessible at a low cost.

4
Call of the Abyss
R5Last resort option if Suisui has none of the options above available to her. Grants the same Energy Regen stats with a bit of Healing Bonus instead of Concerto Energy - not ideal as it slows down her rotations significantly, but acceptable until one of the options above can be accessed.

Suisui build summary
Firstlight's Herald is the weapon to build around. Without it, Stellar Symphony, Variation and Call of the Abyss are the next picks, in that order.
On the Song of Feathered Trace set, run CRIT DMG on the 4-cost, Energy Regen on the 3-cost, Energy Regen / HP% on the 3-cost and HP% on both 1-costs. Substats in priority order: Energy Regen (Until 260%) > CRIT DMG > HP% > CRIT Rate > Basic DMG% > HP.
Level Intro Skill → Forte Circuit → Res. Skill → Res. Liberation → Basic Attack.
Ascension needs 46× Solidarity's Loneflame above everything else, and the full build — ascension plus every forte node — costs 2,200,000 Shell Credits.
